Dr. Nandipha Magudumana’s father and a former prison warder have been charged with fraud and murder.
The two men appeared at the Bloemfontein Magistrate Court.
Zolile Cornelius Sekeleni (65) was arrested at his home in the Eastern Cape while former G4S prison warder Senohe Matsoara (39) was arrested in Bloemfontein for aiding Thabo in his escape from the prison.
The two allegedly killed a man in 2022 around Bloemfontein.
It is believed that the unknown body presumed to be Bester’s body in 2022 was the one found in Bester’s cell.
Their matter was postponed to April 17 for further investigations and a possible bail application.
Meanwhile, Thabo has been rearrested, alongside Dr. Nandipha who is his alleged lover.
