Exotic South African dancer Zodwa Wabantu has received backlash after posting a video of herself dancing pantiless. Zodwa posted a video of her showing off more skin while dancing pantless, but one Instagram user criticized her.

Zodwa Wabantu rose to fame with her sultry dance move and dancing without a panty at KwaZulu-Natal’s famous Eyadini Lounge. She also became the talk of the town in 2017 when she wore a thigh-baring dress to the Durban July. The racy outfit exposed her buttocks and raised more than a few eyebrows

Although some criticize her she often hits back at haters. Zodwa captioned the post “Angithi yimi Oweza naloshuni (Naked) Manje ngiyadesha ke manje💃Ngizo Tester ke manje💃 Ngizon Preser ke manje💃 Uban ebethi Sphumele ngaphandle.”

The critique questioned if Zodwa has a family. “Do you have a family? Where are you from? I don’t think you’re from this earth you getting out of hand. You’ll think you’re making people happy on the other side they’re saying this one is mad imagine your kids will see this when they grow up,” the critic wrote.

Here are some comments

“My dear Sister I want to ask you something. Do u take marijuana 🌿 ? Or is it that small soft drink you holding in hand that isn’t even up to 5 percent alcohol that is making u be acting funny? Because we Africans are not comfortable with this your attitude why. because we have culture.”

“This is culture. Africans are not known to dress up without showing their beautiful parts. In the days of our ancestors, the women dance without clothes. Civilization has spoilt our culture. Thank you zodwa.”

A few days ago Zodwa, debunked allegations that she is down and out. Zodwa Wabantu told Zimoja that her booking fee has decreased. According to her, the hard economy has forced her to do other things in order to survive.

“I’m not a flashy person. I have always lived a simple life. I don’t wear make-up or put on weaves, and I focus on investing my money in things that matter,” she told the publication.

“Yes, I will admit that the bookings are not the same. But this is because of the economic climate. Everyone is struggling, and the cost of living has gone up. But for me, it is because I have chosen to invest my money and more of my time edlozini. Everything I do these days is to appease idlozi,” she added.
