Zanele Mbokazi’s death has reportedly left the family divided and in disunity. Mbokazi’s widower, Bishop Mpendulo Nkambule wants to continue her legacy, but some of the family members are not in support, as they’ve ordered him to return to where he comes from.
“Some family members are questioning why he is still around because Zanele is no more; they even suggested that he go back to his country of birth, eSwatini. It’s heartbreaking that people will say things like that when he has built a life here.
Some family members are in support of the bishop continuing the legacy of his late wife, especially the Crown Gospel Award.
“Other family members will always have issues, especially when it comes to death and money. The bishop loved his wife. I guess every family has its own drama,” the source added.
Another source says the family is currently trying to create a united front to secure more sponsorship for the upcoming Crown Gospel Awards scheduled for November 17, including the other projects she was working on.
