How to remove excess sugar from your body

Most sugar gets accumulated in the body and can later lead to different medical conditions like diabetes, stroke, high blood, and low blood pressure, cancer, weight gain, increased risk of heart disease, among other hazardous conditions. For these reasons, added sugar should be kept to a minimum range.

Eating sugar is good because it has some health benefits however, a recent study shows that men who eat sugar excessively have more risk of developing weak erection or erectile dysfunction.

In this article, I shall be discussing three things to do regularly to remove excess sugar from your body system.

Some warning symptoms of blood sugar levels include.

Increased thirst.
frequent urination.
Fatigue.
Nausea and vomiting.
Shortness of breath.
Stomach pain.
Fruity breath odor.
A very dry mouth.
You are advised to apply what I am going to discuss in this article or seek medical attention if you start experiencing these symptoms in your body for proper prescription and treatment. The following are what to do to remove excess sugar from your body fast.

1. Regular Exercise

Most doctors do encourage older adults and children to always practice some exercise to enable them to get rid of sugar and other harmful substances. Physical activity can lower your blood sugar up to 24 hours or more after your workout by making your body more sensitive to insulin. Become familiar with how your blood sugar responds to exercise. Checking your blood sugar level more often before and after exercise can help you see the benefits of activity.

2. Always Eat Garlic

Garlic consumption may also reduce the incidence of heart disease, a condition that affects approximately 80 percent of people with diabetes. According to the 2006 study found that raw garlic might help reduce blood sugar levels, as well as reduce the risk of atherosclerosis. Although garlic has an unpleasant odor which makes it hard to consume. But the study shows that garlic contains antioxidants and antibacterial properties which makes it a good option for people with diabetes and blood sugar levels.

3. Always Eat Bitter Kola

Bitter kola is a natural fruit of a plant which have a lot of health benefits. Over the years, research shows that the high levels of potassium in bitter kola may be a contributing factor in reducing inflammation. The chemical called kolaviron, which is found in bitter kola, may protect against hypoglycemia in people with type 2 diabetes.
