Shauwn Mkhize set to lose luxury cars worth millions to SARS debt

Reality television personality Shauwn ‘Mamkhize’ Mkhize real name Mabong Flora Junior Mpisane faces the risk of losing luxury vehicles valued at millions of rand. SARS have applied for the execution application at the Pietermaritzburg High Court on May 9 to seize 13 luxury cars under a trust owned by Shauwn’s brother Melusi Sphelele Hugh Mkhize and her two nieces. Royal AM, owned by Shandi Trust, is in legal trouble due to an outstanding tax bill of nearly R38 million. The curator, Venter, visited Shauwn’s luxury residence in La Lucia, Umhlanga, KwaZulu Natal to confiscate the vehicles, which include a Rolls Royce Cullinan, Porsche Urus, Mercedes-Maybach, 2 BMWs X6, and a BMW X5, among others. According to a source, Shauwn and her son Andile Mpisane, who serves as the club’s chairman, were not present at their La Lucia home when Venter, accompanied by SARS security personnel, arrived unannounced.
