Brinnette Seopela quits reality TV as she says it is not good for her mental health. The South African personality was part of the A-list cast of the Real Housewives of Johannesburg franchise for two seasons. Brinnette says she will do more of production, rather than putting her private life out in public. It is something that I will never do again. I learnt the hard way. TV is toxic and unfortunately, I am old for that.

“There is something I am part of and my involvement is behind the scenes. I will reveal that soon,” she said. The businesswoman hasn’t given up on love, despite her failed relationships. She has been married once and engaged three times before. Brinnetter has a new man, but she kept his identity private.

“I am not rushing into anything, so we do not have a wedding date yet. We are happy and want to enjoy each other before walking down the aisle. And we are also solid because I have cut down on friends. Many people don’t have access to my life,” she adds.
