Prince Kaybee claims album culture is dead

South African music producer Prince Kaybee, who considers himself a music genius, recently took to Twitter to express his views on the evolving album culture. He confidently stated that the traditional album culture is dead, reflecting on how the music industry has shifted over the years.

He expatiates his claim by blaming the decline in people’s attention span. Album culture is so dead it hurts, back in the day working on 12 to 20 songs and compile them in such a way the consumer stays honed in till the last song used to be so exciting, today it is unachievable,” he wrote.
