But it’s also great to be back in SA, which is my second home. I have worked with a lot of amazing artists here and more is yet to come.
He says he has started working and has been in the studio. “I have reunited with my producer friend DJ AirBurn Sounds,” he says.Mr Brown was deported back to Zimbabwe early last year for overstaying in the country and not renewing his work permit.
He was signed to Open Mic Productions for seven years when he was sent back home. But he says it was a minor issue. “I wasn’t deported. It was a minor issue that has been sorted,” he says. “I was allowed to come back a long time ago, but I chose to catch up with artists back home.” Mr Bown has served his term at Open Mic but he says he will continue to work with them. “I did my last project with them but they are like family,” he says. “I will be working with Makhadzi and collaborating with many other artists.
