Dr. Mmereka Patience Martha Ntshani, popularly known as Dr. Pashy has finally opened a case at the Sandton Police Station against Dr. Nandipha Magudumana and Thabo Bester. Following the pair getting arrested with her personal documents that she gave them under false pretenses.
A case of fraud, theft, forgery, and uttering has been opened with the Sandton police against Dr. Nandipha Magudumana and her boyfriend convicted Facebook r*pist and murderer, Thabo Bester. Although Magudumana and Bester are currently behind the bar, their friend and business associate Dr. Pashy have proceeded to add to their crimes after they took her personal documents after she was allegedly misled.

Background Of Dr. Pashy’s Personal Documents Found In Dr. Nandipha & Thabo Bester’s Possession
After the arrest of Dr. Nandipha Magudumana and Thabo Bester in Arusha, Tanzania, a number of people were subsequently arrested also including Dr. Nandipha’s father Zolile Cornelius Sekeni who recently got bail. And former GS4 employee Senohe Ishmael Matsoara as well as Teboho Lipholo, a CCTV technician.
Meanwhile, Dr. Nandipha’s good friend, medical doctor, and business associate Dr. Pashy were under investigation, for her allegedly stolen personal documentation.

Reportedly, when Dr Nandipha was apprehended in Tanzania, she was in possession of two passports belonging to Dr Pashy. And it was also revealed that a few days ago Dr. Pashy was issued with a new passport. In an affidavit, Dr. Pashy has provided clarity on how her personal information and documents ended up with both Dr. Nandipha and Thabo Bester.

Dr. Pashy continued to claim on the affidavit that she only went to the police to prevent any fraudulent acts that may have unfolded, following her personal information and documents being in possession of the two fugitives. This comes shortly after the news that both Dr. Nandipha Magudumana and Thabo Bester have been arrested in Arusha, Tanzania.

Dr. Pashy further claims that her personal information and documents were initially requested by Thabo Bester under one of his aliases TK Nkwana. Dr. Pashy proceeds to claim that she only gave her documents to TK Nkwana because he was going to assist her with applying for a working visa in the United States of America (USA).
