DJ Tira speaks about how Babes Wodumo has been coping since the death of her husband, Mampintsha. The DJ promised to stand by her and take care of the deceased’s son, Sponge Wodumo. In a recent interview with Zimoja, Tira spoke about Babes’ music career.
“She is coming back strong, trust me. I have been working with her, there are songs that we’ve recorded and are ready and waiting for her.” DJ Tira said.
“She is taking her time and there’s no pressure on her. We know once she decides to drop out, things will go crazy. She is performing again and I still owe her a few more studio sessions, so that when she re-launches, we are on fire,” he adds.
Photos of Babes Wodumo went viral recently, and people are happy about how she’s gained weight.
DJ Tira is also proud and happy about the Gqom singer as she’s gradually getting her life together.
“I am so happy to see her in this state of growth. She is healing gradually. She has picked up some weight and just looking happier and more bubbly like the old Babes we all love.”
