DJ Tira has increased the reward for anyone who has information about the robbery in his Afrotainment studio. The Durban-based DJ suffered loss on Wednesday; he hopes that the increased reward will help with the return of the stolen equipment.The reward was R20, 000 but R5000 has been added to it.
“There is a reward of R20 000 for anyone who provides information that leads to the successful recovery of the studio equipment,” they write before writing again, “please help us get our studio equipment please. Reward R25 000 please come forward with information.”
Speaking to ZiMoja, office manager Samkelo Mpisane said the robbers took everything. This includes hard drives with unrealised music belonging to singer Dladla Mshunqisi and bassist Prince Bulo.
“They took everything – you can tell that they have been planning this robbery,” he added. We had so many things planned and this has set us back big time,” he added.
