I have to figure out so many things because of it,” she said without going into detail about the traumatic experiences.” She said the hardest thing she’s had to do is give up acting. “Even though I’ve tried so many times to just get into that space again but as soon as I try to go back, I struggle with my hormones. My whole body, panics, depression and anxiety kick in,” she said.

Pam added that she is not alone and that being a mom is her first priority. “So, I’m going to therapy, good therapy. Apparently, I might have PTDS also, complex PTSD,” she added. I have flashbacks of stuff that’s maybe happened and stuff I might have done to someone and just feeling guilty in that moment,” Pam said she is working on herself. “It’s just good to understand the way you are and why I struggle with certain things. So, I know when I’m feeling a certain way and know what to do to make myself feel better.” After years of dating, Paul Viv for years, the two separated. In 2008, she then married French pilot Cedric Thivlin and they divorced in 2012 and married businessman Voytek Pieron in 2014.
