Cassper Nyovest reacts to the killings in South Africa, which have claimed the lives of many artists. The most recent victim is DJ Matasha; his death led to the cancellation of Kabza De Small’s performance in Soshanguve.
The music producer cancelled because he feared for his life. Reacting to the news, Mufasa wrote, “This is what South Africa has come to. Brother it’s Bad, we are not safe and not enough is being done !!! Does anyone feel safe in this country. Nyovest concludes that this ongoing disease eating up the country needs spiritual intervention.
“With the advancement of humanity, we should be closer to one another yet we hate each other more. People still want to kill each other though we understand one another more than we used to. Our country needs prayer . We need God. We cannot rely on the flesh or human beings.”
