Bonang Matheba’s legal battle with CSA has been resolved

Bonang Matheba and Celebrity Services Africa (CSA) have reportedly resolved their long-standing conflict. In 2021, the media personality announced ending relationship with the management company, though she didn’t give out their name directly. She further disclosed the legal battle between them over her House of BNG brand. However, it’s been reported that the two brands have ended their dispute and minding their businesses.

“Celebrity Services Africa (Proprietary) Limited (“CSA”) and Bonang Matheba (“Bonang”), the owner of the House of BNG brand, have settled their longstanding dispute. CSA confirms that it has no claim to or financial interest in the business affairs of Bonang, Bonang Matheba Entertainment (Pty) Ltd, BNG South Africa (Pty) Ltd business entities or in the House of BNG brand and trademarks owned by Bonang Matheba.

“CSA confirms further that it no longer represents Bonang or any of these entities,” reads CSA’s statement. Bonang took to Twitter to confirm the news and celebrate her victory.

In other news – Emtee and Ambitiouz Entertainment reportedly end conflict

Mthembeni “Emtee” Ndevu and Ambitiouz Entertainment are heading toward settling their conflict. In 2019, the rapper announced exiting the record label but it ended up dirty as he left broke and dry. Ndevu said all of his won awards were not given him by the label.
