Berita admits she’s suffered imposter syndrome and anxiety in a recent interview with Tsego Moagi on Power FM. The singer said she began experiencing it years ago after her single became a hit. However, she’s learned how to overcome it, and she’s better.
“In this heartfelt conversation with sego Moagi on Power Fm I open up about my journey and the years I have spent navigating imposter syndrome and anxiety.
“From moments of crippling self doubt to the empowering realisation that seeking help through therapy is not a sign of weakness but of strength. I share how I’ve learnt to use self compassion as a powerful tool for healing growth.
“As I prepare for my upcoming show – Echoes of the Soul – A night with Berita, my heart is open to turning vulnerability into to sources of strength,” she wrote on Instagram.
