A Look Inside King Monada’s Multi-Million Rand Mansion

No doubt King Monada’s mansion in Ga-Mokgoloboto village, in Tzaneen, Mopani region of Limpopo, has topped trends for its Beverly Hills vibe. In recent years, his million-rand car collection has made all sorts of headlines, but it seems his mansion has quickly become Mzansi’s favourite regarding his assets.

According to Briefly, King Monada’s mansion is in Ga-Mokgoloboto village, in Tzaneen, Mopani region of Limpopo. Reports have it that it has a market value of R5 million. Let’s dive into his mansion, which has since been dubbed The Kingdom of Limpopo.

Little is known about how many rooms the mansion has. It has some Beverly Hills vibes. The double-storey boasts around with some modern architectural designs. The mansion has white walls that are complimented with artefacts. Apart from that, it has steel staircases that provide a touch of class.

It has an oval design which allows one to have a glance at the ground floor whilst upstairs. It has giant chandeliers that drop dead from the high walls. Some of the rooms boast around with en-suites and walk-in closets. Monada once shared videos of what the rooms looked like, thanks to his social media feeds.
The mansion’s dining and sitting rooms are also fully furnished with designer furniture. Of interest is the fact that the mansion has an open-plan kitchen.

King Monada’s mansion has a lock-up garage and a giant balcony. Nothing much has been done regarding the scenery as the celebrated musician is still constructing swimming pools.

In the wake of its completion, there were woes over unpaid services. According to Daily Sun, Thabo Maake took Monada to court over unpaid services. Thabo made it known he was only paid R29 000 of the agreed R81 470 for the staircases. Against these allegations, Monada weighed into the matter and shared his side of the story.
