Ashley Kholofelo Raphala, famously known as DJ Shimza returns with his annual philanthropist deeds. The South African star will be handing out 1000 pairs of school shoes alongside together with the Hollywood Foundation, branded 1000 Hopeful Soles which is a name aimed at spreading home among learners.

This time of the year is hard for a lot of families and those who cannot afford school fees and uniforms. I just want to play my part in changing a young person’s life, even if it’s one child at a time. I want to see a change. This time, it’s 1000 kids.
