Actress Sophie Ndaba hospitalised

South African actress and businesswoman, Sophie Ndaba has been admitted to the hospital following a domestic accident. Sophie took to her Instagram account to narrate the incident that broke her ankle.

The star won’t be able to use her legs properly for the next 6 months as she had a surgery and a steel has been placed in her leg. Despite the sad incident; she expressed gratitude for life, and embraced the experience as a process.

“God is still at the throne. For us deep thinkers while we dress, lesson 1, always be present. I was dressing and in thinkland cause of what was irritating me all day at stuck at the back of my mind,” Sophie wrote.

“Had a great day playing golf with my girls. Got home to fit my dress i slipped n snapped my ankle bacause my mind on the dress and on my disturbed thoughts. Be Careful what you keep in your mind too long. Not worth your life.”

Ndaba appreciated the doctor at Life hospital. I’m almost home ready but ill keep cast on for another 6 weeks! Welcome to my world in my birthday month.”

“All my speaking engagements booked ill be there however seated! Notice to the Devil “Nothing you try will cut the message God entrusted me to deliver!” She wrote.
