SA Minister of Finance, Tito Mboweni got social media users in a good laugh on Wednesday night with photos of his before and after haircut looks.
Tito is one of SA’s friendly Ministers, especially on social media, and he’s managed to keep his followers entertained with hilarious content outside his political duty.
Taking to Twitter, he shared a photo of his head on full hair, and a shaved one. “Before the haircut vs After,” he captioned post.
