When you hear or think of Moonchild, the first thing that comes to the mind of the majority is her full blue wool hair. The hair was part of her brand and has made her a trend on social media.
On Tuesday, the musician made jaws drop as she shared a video of herself wearing a purple weave on her head.
The purpose of the video was to promote her forthcoming single titled Scrambled Eggs, but a majority of her followers were focused on the new hairstyle.

The friends and associates of Dingaan Thobela paid tribute to him for playing a unifying role during a precarious time in South Africa.
Thobela, who was known as the Rose of Soweto, won the first of his three world titles in April 1990, just two months after the release of Nelson Mandela. His memorial service was held in Parktown in Johannesburg on Tuesday, where he was fondly remembered. Read more
