The joy of becoming a mom again lasts forever’: Gogo Maweni announces pregnancy

Celebrity Sangoma Gogo Maweni took to social media to announce her pregnancy. No doubt, her post has since gained thousands of comments and reactions since it dropped.

Fans were quick to flood her comment section with congratulatory messages. Barely a few days before Mother’s Day, the reality TV star took to Instagram to celebrate the gift of convincing a child. She posted, “Feeling fat lasts nine months, but the joy of becoming a mom again lasts forever.

The reality TV star and her husband have been trying to expand their family through in vitro fertilisation (IVF) for months. It is a series of procedures to help with fertility and assist with the conception of a child.

Gogo Maweni also dived into the IVF procedure. “It’s been a lot of tries. We had two embryos but lost one. So now we have this one growing, and I just want to keep it to myself with no noise and no drama. I want the baby to grow,” said Gogo Maweni.

Speaking to the media, the celebrity sangoma revealed she once experienced miscarriages and was excited about her pregnancy. “We’ve been trying and haven’t been getting it right, but now I’m pregnant. I had a miscarriage, but now I’m pregnant officially,” said Gogo Maweni.

She has it that she will keep her pregnancy under wraps because she wants to enjoy her pregnancy privately with her family. Surprisingly, she has it that she once posted her scan but quickly deleted it.

Gogo Maweni said on her pregnancy, “I had posted a video of the scan, but then I thought, let me take it down. My tummy is growing. I’m all moody, but I’m fine. I’m just keeping to myself and making sure I am having a healthy pregnancy.”Gogo Maweni has three children already. She reportedly shares her firstborn with an unknown man. She also has two other sons with The Queen actor SK Khoza and former Mamelodi Sundowns player Siyabonga Zulu.

Earlier this year, she hogged headlines when she revealed that her husband had paid lobola for her. She said he paid R150 000, and Mzansi quickly gave it a nod.

No doubt the two have been winning big lately, as they recently ventured into cattle ranching. Against the business venture, Gogo Maweni often shares their herd on social media.
