Ferguson Films has called upon aspiring actors to submit their audition tapes and biographies, for a chance to be a part of upcoming projects by the production company.
Ferguson Films is looking for four characters for upcoming projects, which are speculated to begin production during the course of 2021. In an Instagram post on Thursday, 21 January 2021, co-owner of the production company, Connie Ferguson, informed her followers about the casting call, and provided a brief description of what they are looking for.
Character one is a 40-year-old male who is able to speak any of the local languages, and able to take on action sequences. Character two is a 21 to 30-year-old Zulu female who is attractive, intelligent and calculated. Character three is an 18 to 21-year-old Setswana male who is witty but troubled. Finally, character four is an 18 to 21-year-old Setswana female who is sweet and reserved.
Connie also informed aspiring leads that auditions will only be considered if sent to the email address provided, and any other form of communication will immediately be deleted. She also stated that Ferguson Films does not have a Facebook page, as there have been reports of fraudulent pages parading as the production company.
