Bonang Matheba celebrates a milestone

Bonang Matheba is one of South Africa’s most loved TV stars. The TV personality has been in the industry for a couple of years now and she keeps on setting the bar higher and higher.Bonang Matheba1

Bonang has been making incredible career moves lately and we love to see it. She has now announced that her champagne, the House Of BNG now retails at Game Store. She revealed this in a tweet and said she is coming for Pick n Pay next.

Bonang was recently involved in a fight over House of BNG ownership. This follows after she parted ways with her management Celebrity Services Africa (CSA) Global

“Today I wish to share with you some disturbing news. So over the last few years I have been in a business relationship with a management group to represent my brand. I have put my trust in them and gave them stewardship over brand Bonang to build and support it across all mediums including entertainment, fashion, and entrepreneurship,” she said.

Bonang said she terminated her contract with the company, citing possible criminal conduct

“Today I announce that I have terminated the contract with them and they no longer represent me, or any of my business ventures. Furthermore, I have instructed my lawyers to investigate the possibility of criminal conduct by the company and its representatives. I will revert over the next few days with more updates so that others can be aware of what I consider as their very unsavoury behaviour.”

Hitting back at her accusations, the CSA accused her of being in breach of multiple contracts: “For the record, @Bonang Ms Matheba is currently in breach of multiple contracts with various clients as she has been derelict to these brands and indeed her own for the past six months. There is no merit in these scandalous allegation, we look forward to the day in court with @Bonang; exposing the false and half truths that she has been spreading.”

“We are currently awaiting a response from @Bonang’s lawyers on legal letters already sent,” they wrote. Sunday Times also reported that CSA had ended its relationship with BNG Veno Ventures’ winemakers. As a result, Bonang Matheba may no longer own a majority stake in MCC.

The company said all intellectual property belongs to the company and Veno Ventures, despite Bonang’s claim that she joined CSA Global while she had already bought House Of BNG.
